Angel began her career in residential property accounting during high school. Her dedication to financial oversight and providing trusted solutions for over 100 clients has been key to the success of Manager 4 You. She’s earned a reputation for managing funds and operations seamlessly, ensuring smooth and profitable property management.

Devon’s hands-on experience started early, working in the family business with his grandparents, Ted and Judith Wagenaar, where he learned the ins and outs of renovations, property cleaning, and pool construction. His background in both the physical and legal aspects of property management, combined with his condo manager certification and paralegal license, enables him to provide strategic legal and operational advice to landlords.
