Devon’s hands-on experience started early, working in the family business with his grandparents, Ted and Judith Wagenaar, where he learned the ins and outs of renovations, property cleaning, and pool construction. His background in both the physical and legal aspects of property management, combined with his condo manager certification and paralegal license, enables him to provide strategic legal and operational advice to landlords.
